​​I am interested in any art or craft process - from watercolour to collage, to ceramics, stained glass, beading and printing. I like to try out new ways of working and mix traditional methods with new materials.

I find inspiration everywhere. I love contrasts of texture, and autumn colours. There is nothing quite as appealing as abandoned urban spaces and rusting, collapsing buildings, or rocks and old gnarly trees.

I studied art and ceramics at A level and art history at the University of East London. I grew up on the south coast in Hampshire and lived too long in the urban environments of east London and Reading. My recent move to Falmouth has felt like freedom; returning to my roots by the sea. Now I am based in Cornwall I can spend time walking along the coast and being inspired by the amazing local landscape.
